Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

The Affiliate program pays you, the Affiliate Account Holder, a commission for each new hosting customer you refer to our site using links supplied and tracked by us, when that customer signs up and makes payment for their hosting. You will receive a commission, based on the current hosting rate and commission rate at the time the customer makes a payment for their service, for as long as they keep the service active and in good standing.

REFERRING CUSTOMERS

Customers referred to us must be new customers who have not previously signed up for hosting services from us for at least 1 year prior to sign up. Credit will be made to your account only on those customers referred to us through links supplied by us. We will not honor referrals by phone, mail, email or any other means.

AFFILIATE ACCOUNT

When you sign up for an affiliate account, you will have access to text and graphics links you may place on your website to attract referrals. Commissions are credited to your account as soon as the customer makes a payment to their account, and you may withdraw funds from your account on any balance of $50.00 or more.

CANCELLATION OF AFFILIATE ACCOUNT

You may cancel your affiliate account at any time, and any current balance will be sent to you via check. Once you close your account, no more commissions will be paid to you on any referrals you have sent to us, even if you open another affiliate account at a later time. When you cancel your affiliate account you forfeit any future commissions from your existing referrals.

CANCELLATION OF REFFERED HOSTING ACCOUNTS

If a customer you refer to us cancels their account, you are no longer entitled to commissions from that account, even if the customer opens another hosting account at a later time. If the customer upgrades or downgrades their account, you will receive commissions based on the new rate and commission rate in effect at the time the customer makes payment.
